Should the Women's 400H Height be Raised?

There has long been a discussion around raising the height of the Women's 400 Hurdles from 30 inches to 33 inches. These discussions have increased in recent years with Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone taking the event to a level many thought was not possible. But is this a good idea and will it ever happen?
