On this episode, the boys had Ben Felton on for our monthly chat to catch up and talk current running events! This was great timing as Ben just set new PBs in the 5k and 10k while doing a lot of his run volume on the bike. We talked all about this and how he plans to utilize this setup going into his Rotterdam Marathon build!
Since the Boston fields just came out, we chatted about the best way to pace Boston since Ben set a then-PB of 2:24 in Boston a few years ago. We also talked about our thoughts on the World XC course, Albert Korir being popped for doping, and what we are looking forward to in 2026 with no outdoor World Championships. Will Jakob set the 1500 WR? How fast can Andreas Almgren go? Will we see a women's sub 4 mile?
