Why would BR/Nuno leave their clubs for Arsenal?

Arsenal are on the search for a new manager. Brendan Rodgers and Nuno Espirito Santo have been touted as major candidates for the role. On this episode i question why either manager would leave to manage Arsenal at this moment in time.
