This week we try and do a little bit of a speed-run catch-up scouting session for everyone. This time, we round out our scouting with four rising French prospects: Maxime Raynaud, a skilled forward/big out of Stanford; Noa Essengue, a rangy athletic wing; Noah Penda, a crafty passing wing; and Joan Beringer, an uber athletic defensive big.
