Welcome to the Inklusionswerkself – Bayer 04 Leverkusen's inclusive football team. Football is for everyone. At the Kreuz, this is lived out every day. The Inklusionswerkself shows what happens when passion, team spirit, and genuine community come together. In this promotional film, players, coaches, and supporters have their say. It is a story about inclusion, courage, and love of soccer, told in the heart of the BayArena. For 15 years, Bayer 04 has been committed to giving children and young people with disabilities access to football regardless of physical or mental limitations. What once started as a small training program is now an integral part of the Werkself family: 25 players, five qualified coaches, regular training sessions, national and international tournaments, friendly matches, and a strong symbol of active inclusion. The Inklusionswerkself is more than just a name. It is a promise: football is for everyone. And we will continue on this path.
