🧊 Yesterday’s Yeti Chase 10K at Bear Creek Lake Park was cold—like Arctic cold. I snagged the win in 35:06, but the real win was watching the DeMoor clan tough it out in the freeze. Between meeting the Yeti, high-fives from Bill Rodgers, and True Love cheering us on, my heart stayed warm even if my toes didn’t.
