It is Duke's longest streak since a streak that stretched from 2012-15, in which they won 41 straight contests. The Blue Devils had to earn the win as they only shot 43% on the afternoon, but managed to hold the Tigers to just 35% shooting overall. Cameron Boozer only scored 6 points in the first half, but woke up in the second stanza with 12 points on 5 of 7 shooting for Duke. His sidekick, Isaiah Evans, dropped 17 points, and Boozer's little brother, Cayden, added 12. Carter Welling notched 12 points for Clemson.
