Your Trail Arm is Ruining Your Golf Swing! (The 90° Rule)

Over-flexing your trail arm is ruining your golf swing. The trail arm at the top of the backswing should not flex more than 90 degrees, any more and this will cause the wrists to over extend, and your arms to collapse.
