Coming off an injury-limited 2025 season with the Tokyo Yakult Swallows where he still slugged 22-24 homers in around 56-69 games, Murakami brings elite left-handed power to a rebuilding White Sox lineup desperately needing it after ranking near the bottom in home runs and slugging.
