LSU vs SMU: AS part of the Compete 4 Cause Classic in New Orleans, the Mustangs took on the Tigers and lost, 89-77. SMU scored 19 points off of 11 LSU turnovers, but the Tigers shot 62.1% in the game. Boopie Miller, B.J. Edwards, and Jaden Toombs each scored 16 points for the Mustangs. Samet Yigitoglu had a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds. LSU's Marquel Sutton had 23 points and 12 rebounds.
