Duke went on the road and won a conference game against Virginia Tech, 72-54. Toby Fournier had a fantastic all-around game, leading the way with 19 points, 9 rebounds and 4 blocked shots. Taina Mair scored 17 and collected 6 steals for the Blue Devils while Ashlon Jackson scored 12 points to go along with 7 rebounds and 3 assists. Carleigh Wenzel paced the Hokies with 15 points in the loss.
