In an offensive shootout in El Paso, Duke needed a big game from Darian Mensah to keep pace with Arizona State, and Mensah led the Blue Devils to a 2025 Tony The Tiger Sun Bowl victory. Mensah threw for 327 yards and four touchdowns on 29-51 passing. He also ran with the ball four times for 21 yards.
