Mizuno Wave Inspire 22 First Run Review | Stability, comfort and a sprinkle of energy return

This Mizuno Wave Inspire 22 is a moderate stability shoe designed to provide a balance of cushioning, support, and efficiency. The midsole has been redesigned and now uses Nitrogen Infused Mizuno Enerzy NXT throughout to absorb impact on landing while also providing a good level of energy return for toe-off. Compared to the previous Inspire 21, the drop has been reduced from 12 millimetres to 10, to provide a more natural running feel. Scroll down for a link to the shoe.
