Asics Fujispeed 4 Review | Two runners test the plated speed shoe for the trails

The Asics Fuji Speed 4 is a plated trail shoe designed to provide speed and control when picking up the pace. The updated Pebax plate is designed to provide propulsion and increase the stability of the shoe, especially when tackling ascents and descents. The midsole is made from a dual layer of FF Blast Plus foam to provide a good level of cushioning and energy return despite the lean design, and the outsole is covered by a modest level of Asicsgrip to provide grip across various terrain.
