Inside the KFC Yum Center, the No. 24 Louisville Cardinals pulled away late against a hard-fighting Notre Dame Fighting Irish team and came away with a 76-65 victory at home. The Cardinals got it done with a balanced scoring attack as five players scored in double figures for Pat Kelsey's crew. Isaac McKneely led the way with 13 points on 4-8 shooting from three-point range while Ryan Conwell, Sananda Fru, and Khani Rooths each scored 12 points in the win. Fru added 3 blocks, and Rooths picked up 12 rebounds to mark his 2nd-straight double -double. Kasean Pryor provided a big spark with 10 2nd-half points on 5-6 shooting with 5 rebounds and a steal for the Cards. Cole Certa led the Irish with 28 points in the loss.
