Here's exactly what I'm doing right now in week 11 of rehabbing this knee injury
This is just a snapshot of where I've worked up to so far, focusing on: rebuilding quad strength, improving calf and hamstring capacity, and lots of hip/glute stability work to support knee tracking.
Running drills are my starter to gradually reintroduce impact so I'm not super sore when we take those first few running steps, and there's plenty of core and other accessory work on my inbetween days to when I'm still working away in the gym.
