What different 5k paces look like 🏃

5k training is on! I’ve pledged a 5k time to keep me busy amongst Tokyo marathon training. It’s so important to train at paces above and below marathon pace and so I’m excited to give a faster 5k a go. Wish me luck!! Are you pledging a pb?
