How to give a threshold sesh a go yourself: The key is finding the right threshold pace for you - it should feel like a 7-8/10 effort, and should be a pace you COULD hold if you had to for about 45-60 minutes - for a lot of people its their 10km race pace! Start with shorter reps of 3 to 5 minutes, keep the recoveries an honest easy jog for 60 to 90 seconds, and I always tell the athletes I coach, you want to feel like you COULD still do one or two more reps when you're done. #trackandfield #running #track #run
